THE ENTRY TIMES IN THE APARTMENTS BY GENERAL RULES ARE THE FOLLOWING
Arrival: from 17:00 to 20:00
Departure: from 09:00 to 10:00
THE AMOUNT OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED ON THE CLIENT'S CARD
CONDITIONS: NO CHARGE AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION, 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ENTRY, THE CHARGE WILL BE MADE ON YOUR CARD
WE WILL SEND A LINK TO YOUR MAIL TO MAKE THE SAFE PAYMENT ACCORDING TO PSD2 REGULATIONS
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT
If cancellation occurs, the following will be charged as a penalty:
8 days before the date of entry · No fees
7 to 0 days before the arrival date 100% of the reservation amount
No show 100% of the total stay
There will be no payments if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before completing his stay.
In the event that for an unforeseen cause and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without reimbursement by any party.
Any deficiency, anomaly or defect that the client finds upon arrival will have to be reported immediately at the reception of the apartments 48 hours after arrival, only those that have been made in the apartment will be accepted and processed during the stay of the clients. Once the period of your stay is over, no type of claim will be accepted.
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data ("LPD") we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the files of the company, in order to be able to provide and offer our services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, with the company itself being responsible for the file.
