The keys of the reserved accommodation will be available to you between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. on the first day booked, at the key collection office or reception indicated on our reservation confirmation. If your arrival is after 8:00 p.m. or after hours and prior agreement in writing with the office / reception will have a surcharge

ARRIVALS AFTER 20: 00H THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ADVISED, CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED.

The schedule for the departure is from 09.00 to 10.00h on the last day of booking.

The price that appears in our web page is the final one, all the expenses derived from, electricity, water, community, ... everything is in charge of the company and in no case in charge of the clients in the case that is not indicated otherwise in the conditions of your reservation

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay and will always be paid at reception on the day of your arrival

Some apartments will ask for a mandatory cleaning fee or electricity, always specified in the apartment information

The client the day of entry to the apartment has to deposit by card an OBLIGATORY deposit in our offices to collect keys that will be returned within 7 days after the day of departure as long as there is no damage to the apartment or villa rented.

APCOSTAS reserves the right to increase the amount of the deposit due to circumstances and in special cases

Select the dates you want in APARTMENT SEARCHER that appears on the web and you will obtain a list of all available accommodations with the final price, or you can also make a general search in Destinations and choose the one that best suits your needs and then consult his availability. Once checked the availability of the chosen apartment, click on the button BOOK and then start the reservation process consisting of 4 steps

Check-in comfortably in our offices or receptions, we have in each location.

Do not worry because when you make your reservation we will always send you a presentation voucher that will include the address, hours and telephone number of the key collection.

A security deposit by card will be requested, which will be returned within 7 days after the departure date.
