Due to the complexity of the apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments that we have.
AP Costas Mercuri, is located in Peñiscola, near the downtown area. It has 2 bedrooms with single beds and capacity for 6 people. Comfortable accommodation and of recent construction.
It is located 900 m from the sandy beach "PLAYA SUR", 900 m from the city and the shops, and is located in a quiet area and in a residential complex. The apartments are located at the first corner of La Cova Street, in the middle of the climb to the URMI Mountain. There are about 900 meters walking uphill to the sandy beach. Many clients usually leave the car in the free car park of the complex and walk to the beach. For people with travel difficulties, car is recommended.
It has garden furniture, terrace, iron, wifi internet access; (Connection codes ask at reception), community pool + children, open air parking in the same building.
The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.
Optional services
Pets: The apartments accept pets. They pay € 30 per stay and pet. Direct payment in Reception.
Bedding: Bed linen is not included in the apartments. There is the possibility of renting it for € 6 the game. Direct payment in Reception.
Towels: The Agency does not provide towels.
Air conditioning carries a supplement of € 10 / day, to be paid at reception
Cots: Customers can rent travel cots for babies for € 5 per day. Direct payment in Reception. According to availability.
Televisions: Not included in the apartments. They can be rented for € 35 per week. An External Agency takes them to the apartment and assembles them. For bookings of less than a week, 35 euros are also charged for a short stay.
Key delivery schedule
From October to May, key collection takes place during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Late Saturdays and Sundays: closed
From June to September, key collection takes place during the following times
-From Monday to Sunday: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Delivery of keys after hours
Late check-in carries the following charges:
- From 20:00 to 22:00 - EUR 25
- From 22:00 to 00:00 - EUR 50
Check-in is not possible after 00:00.
